Made with our own homemade Biscoff spread and a gooey white chocolate centre, this one completely stole my heart. ✨

I’ve wanted to create a Biscoff cookie for the longest time, but there was one thing I was stubborn about…I wanted everything to be homemade. Instead of buying Biscoff spread, I challenged myself to make it from scratch.

After multiple recipe tests, failed attempts, and a lot of trial and error, I finally cracked it. 🙌

This cookie is packed with our homemade Biscoff spread, a gooey white chocolate filling, and plenty of Biscoff goodness in every bite. 🍪🤍
